Where are your clothes made?
We are proud to manufacture each piece of our collection in New York City. Our factory is one of the premier luxury womenswear manufacturers in the city, whose clients include Oscar de la Renta, Marc Jacobs, Christian Siriano, Zac Posen, and Carolina Herrera. In addition, we work with a team of Brooklyn-based seamstresses to create our custom and BESPOKE pieces. We also pay great attention to our fabrics, trims, and hardware, which are sourced from reputable mills and factories in Europe and Japan.
What does made-to-measure mean?
In order to ensure the complete satisfaction of our customers, we offer made-to-measure services. This means that we will take your measurements and produce a pattern for the garment that reflects your specific size. Please note that while made-to-measure pieces are well-fitted to your body, we think our designs hang best when they have ease for movement.
In addition to offering made-to-measure services for our preorder pieces, we are happy to offer this service for any of our pieces. All made-to-measure garments require a deposit of 50% upon order. Please contact us for more information email@example.com
What is PREORDER?
Our pieces for the upcoming collection are all cut to order, so we typically only produce pieces based on personal orders. Preordering a design guarantees that the garment will be produced for you in your size. On occasion, we may sell out of a specific fabrication on a preorder item, at which time we will offer additional options. Our preorder pieces are all made-to-measure.
Our preorder pieces take around 8 - 10 weeks to be produced. This allows us to place your specific fabric order and schedule production time with our factory. On occasion we can accept rush orders. Please contact us for more information firstname.lastname@example.org
What if my size isn't available online?
We offer a limited selection of each collection available for immediate purchase. If the piece is sold out, or your size is not available, please contact us to have one made-to-measure email@example.com
How do I know what size to order?
When possible, we recommend being measured by one of our stylists in person to determine your size. Otherwise, we are happy to walk you through the process of taking your own measurements in order to recommend the best size, or can recommend a tailor in your area to take your measurements. As sizing varies so greatly from brand to brand, we are hesitant to put number sizes on clothing available for immediate purchase. For reference, the models we use in our lookbooks comfortably wear a size small, and generally are a US size 4 or a European size 38. Do you make custom pieces?
Absolutely! We love designing something one of a kind for our clients. One of our specialties is bridal, which starts at $3,000 for a custom gown. As with all our made-to-measure pieces, we ask for a 50% deposit on your piece upon order. For custom design services, we also charge a fee to design up to 3 unique versions of the piece. Once you have approved the design, this fee will be applied as credit towards your deposit.
Our custom pieces do require multiple fittings to refine the fit and design, so please be aware that your participation will be necessary. We take on custom projects that are unique and beautiful, but will not entertain any requests to copy another designer's garment or produce a piece that goes against our design sensibilities.
We generally ask for 4 - 6 months to create our custom pieces, but we can often find solutions for tighter deadlines.

What if I want to make a change to an existing design, such as color or fabric?
We offer such customization through KELSEY RANDALL BESPOKE. We are happy to help you pick the perfect fabric or special details such as trims, buttons, or hardware to make a truly one of a kind garment. Our BESPOKE services are done by appointment in our NYC showroom or at our Trunk Shows. We have extensive libraries of the finest European and Japanese textiles, access to specialty dead stock, and the ability to hunt down to most unique fabrics to bring whatever you dream up to life.
Our production time for BESPOKE pieces vary on a case by case basis, but is generally between 2 - 4 months.
What is your return policy?
Due to the made-to-measure nature of our collection, all sales are final. In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, feel free to get in touch with us so we can help you find a solution by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
Where can I try your clothes on in person?
We would absolutely prefer you to see the pieces that catch your eye in person before you make a purchase. We periodically host Trunk Shows in New York City and beyond. At our Trunk Shows, you will have the opportunity to shop our collection with individualized attention from trusted stylists and the designer Kelsey Randall.
